ALL ITEMS NOT REMOVED WITHIN THE REMOVAL TIME PERIOD WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AUCTION COMPANY.

  • All items purchased MUST be removed within 15 days of the sale completing! (STRICTLY ENFORCED) Or risk losing items purchased with no refunds issued.
  • BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE ENTIRE LOT HAS BEEN REMOVED. IF BUYER DOES NOT WANT A SPECIFIC ITEM IN THE LOT THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING IT IN THE DUMPSTER.
