At completion you must pay your balance in full by the time indicated within the auction terms.  This may range between 1 - 2 days.  All payments must be completed online. If you have the winning bid on a lot you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your payment and schedule your pickup.  Full payment is required to pickup any purchased items.

ALL ITEMS NOT REMOVED WITHIN THE REMOVAL TIME PERIOD WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AUCTION COMPANY.

If you have not paid your balance in full, we reserve the right to charge the remaining balance along with a ten (10) dollar processing fee to the authorized credit card.

Removal Times
All items must be removed within 10 days of close of event, except Tomah WI and Joliet IL which is 7 days, strictly enforced.
(Buyer must call/email facility manager to set up appointment directly with return center location.)
