At completion you must pay your balance in full by the time indicated within the auction terms.  This may range between 1 - 2 days.  All payments must be completed online. If you have the winning bid on a lot you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your payment and schedule your pickup.  Full payment is required to pickup any purchased items.

ALL ITEMS NOT REMOVED WITHIN THE REMOVAL TIME PERIOD WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AUCTION COMPANY.

If you have not paid your balance in full, we reserve the right to charge the remaining balance along with a ten (10) dollar processing fee to the authorized credit card.

Removal Times

(Buyer has 5 days from close of the sale to remove items-unless otherwise specified)

• All items purchased MUST be removed within 5 days of the sale completing. (STRICTLY ENFORCED) Or risk losing items purchased with no refunds issued. If shipping freight we will need a copy of the BOL provided either by sending a fax or email over.
• Beginning OCT 2019, there will be a $5/lot and/or $25/pallet fee added to each overdue pickup, unless prior arrangements have been made.   

• BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE ENTIRE LOT HAS BEEN REMOVED.
