Enter Information & Sign Listing Agreement

Once registered, you can start the new listing process, which is where you will find the required real estate forms. This includes collecting information on your house, such as tax info, parcel number, number of bedrooms, and square footage, which will be displayed to potential buyers. You will find the required Lead Based Paint Form and the Sellers Disclosure Form for you to fill out as well. Lastly, you will complete the listing agreement, which is the contract between you (the seller) and the agent. Each of these forms are filled out with just a few simple clicks and signed digitally. Initiate Title Work

Get Movin Realty works with most title companies. You have the option to pick which title company you would like to work with at closing. Once the title company has been selected and the listing goes live, Get Movin sends the listing to the title company to begin searching for any issues that may arise with selling the property. We start the title work immediately, so there are hopefully no surprises at closing.

Marketing and Valuations

Not sure what the best price is to list your house? Don’t worry! Get Movin can provide you with comparable listings to help you make this decision. Contact one of our agents who will run a Comparative Marketing Analysis to see what similar homes have sold for. (2-4 days before the listing goes live)

Photography Session

At Get Movin Realty, we know having professional photos of your home will help it sell better. For this reason, we include a professional photography session with each one of our listings. Prior to the session, we provide you with tips and information, such as these staging tips, which will help to attract buyers. The professional photo sessions takes place 1 – 3 days before a listing goes live.

Listing Goes Live

Once the pictures are complete, they are uploaded into the system, and the listing goes live! We will provide for sale, pending sale, and sold signs for your yard. If you chose the MLS Package, your house will be sent out to over 750 websites at this time. After the listing is live, the seller can review offers immediately after they are made (there’s no need to wait on a realtor.) All communication, offers, counter offers, and offer acceptance occur in real time right from your phone or computer.

Accept Offer and Sign

Once all offers are reviewed, and the seller clicks “Accept Offer” for the offer they want, the system takes all the information collected from the seller, the buyer, and the offer, and places it on a Purchase Agreement. The system then emails the Purchase Agreement to the buyer(s) for signatures. Once the buyer(s) have signed, the system will email you, the seller, the forms to be signed as well. Again, this is all done digitally from your phone or computer.

Closing

After all the signatures are collected, the closing documents are sent to the title company to finalize for your closing. Our team of agents will begin to help you with scheduling inspections and setting the final closing date.
